S1 not known elsewhere.
Ecology
Altitude range 200–350 m.
Note
This is somewhat intermediate between C. pelophilus Ridley and C. pseudohildebrandtii Kük. It has a much wider nutlet than that found in typical C. pseudohildebrandtii from Kenya and Tanzania.
