Morphology General Habit
Bush or shrubby tree to 9 m. high.

Leaves oblanceolate to obovate, to ± 18 × 9 cm., base tapering to a winged petiole ± 1 cm. long, apex rounded or usually obtuse, margin entire or minutely toothed towards the apex, midrib distinctly keeled beneath, lamina glabrous or sometimes with a few long hairs at the base and on the midrib beneath.

Inflorescence in pseudumbels of 3–5 cymes on sparsely pubescent peduncles to 3 cm. long; cymes 1–3-forked, with pubescent branches to 2 cm. long; bracts subquadrate, ± 3.5 × 3.5 mm., entire, pubescent.
